MOORE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE DETENTION FACILITY

VISITOR NOTICE & RULES

Register in advance online through the Moore County Sheriff’s Office website.

Visitors must check in at least 15 minutes before their scheduled visit.
Each inmate is allowed two (2) twenty-minute visits per week.
Visitors 17 years of age and older must present a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state-issued ID card, or passport.
Visitors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Visitors who have been incarcerated within the past 30 days will not be granted visitation.

You are entering a secured area. Certain acts by inmates or visitors are prohibited. If you possess any contraband, please remove it from the facility immediately.
No cameras, cell phones, handbags, or baby carriers of any kind are allowed in the visitation areas.

All visitors must secure personal items in their vehicles.
Up to three visitors are allowed per visit; however, seating at the visitation stations is limited.

Contraband Includes, But Is Not Limited To:

Alcohol
Tobacco or tobacco products
E-vapes or vaping devices
Matches, lighters, or any flammable substance
Firearms or ammunition
Knives or sharp-edged items
Prescription or non-prescription medications or drugs

Visitation Dress Code

The following dress code applies to all males and females entering this facility, including visitors, county employees, and others conducting business inside the facility:

No revealing or see-through clothing
No dresses or shorts higher than 3 inches above the middle of the knee while standing
No clothing displaying obscene images, or gang affiliations

Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the visit.
